Although we seek some of this distinction, the real thing is that body ailments do not separate from the mind, and vice versa, simply because the effects literally fall on your shoulders, or on other organs. Already the tensions of mental origin are related to stress. In these situations, the body releases a significant amount of cortisol and adrenaline, hormones responsible for accelerating our body in risky situations or under pressure, and consequently make the body even heavier.
Relaxing massage is best recommended for stress-induced stress, as it is more about “cooling the head” than relieving the body. In cases of excesses with physical activities, deeper massages, such as Ayurvedic massages, are more recommended.
